It's a manifestation of us being at war with us! Ive just literally noticed how my thoughts are literally waging a war between themselves. All the time!

Like bro, we have a constant battlefield!

Lets say a good thought or fantasy comes up, but then it battles another thought why it's not the case. Constant fighting. No wonder dry skin, rash, hair loss.
