Hi everyone,

I am joining Tata Consultancy Services (Kochi) on June 4th and am preparing the service agreement on stamp paper.

The notary mentioned that the First Party should include a designation/name, but in the TCS NextStep portal it is mentioned only as "Tata Consultancy Services Limited."

I’ve already mailed TCS regarding this, but haven’t received a response yet.

Has anyone faced this issue? Did you use it exactly as provided in the portal, or were you asked to add any designation/details separately...?
