I developed a mental health adjacent app that offers a reality based cognitive intervention for catastrophizing thinking spirals. I used Claude and Replit for the coding. I’ve reached a crossroads. I was exploring a paywall, and the question of storing user input data came up. This obviously raises issues of HIPAA compliance etc. Storing user data would help towards offering some cognitive pattern recognition add-ins. But the liability cost of what this entails may outweigh the benefit. Any recommendations on different pay options?
