As a three decades nurse, and twice that long studying health, all aspects, l have a concern. Good health depends on good circulation. Bras, especially padded ones constrict and overheat breast tissues. And much of mammaries depends on lymph circulation. Have you noticed that nudism decreases one’s chances of breast cancer? In this cultures where women are topless, and therefore bra less, breast cancer is all but nonexistent. What is your intake? If a sports bra must be used, just limit its use to when needed. Let the girls move!
