23M, been on .5MG Dutasteride for 3.5 years and 5mg Oral Minoxidil for 2.5 years. When I started Dutasteride I was a NW 1.5, fast forward now to diffuse NW3. Been to dermatologist and they diagnosed me with androgenic alopecia, even with donor area thinning.

I recently added in 50mg RU58841 about 3.5 months ago. Haven’t noticed any difference in shedding, or progression.

Wondering if anyone has tried using topical minoxidil along side oral minoxidil. I plan to add micro needling too but skeptical with the RU. Need advice.

I have used nicotine pretty consistently throughout this time. Was wondering if anyone has similar experience, and if eliminating nicotine made the medications work better.
