

Here’s my progress photos from September 27 2025 to April 22 2026 (7 months).
100KG -> 72KG
I think I did pretty well considering i’ve always struggled with losing weight and binge eating so finally being able to be this lean is such a big achievement for me and hopefully i can inspire others :)
I lost a total of 28kg over those 7 months. My strength has plummeted like crazy (bench went from 85kg for 8 reps to only 75kg for 3 reps 😭) but thats on me for being inconsistent with my protein and training nearing the end of my cut. I also did an aggressive deficit of 1000 calories (eating 1600 a day) which i’m aware isn’t ideal but i wanted to finish this cut fast. That’s probably also to blame for my strength diminishing so much.
Does anyone know how long it’ll take to reach my prime strength again? I’m aware muscle memory exists but how effective is that?
