Hi!

I'm in Honours Earth Sciences (Hydrogeology specialization). CIVE 222 (intro to linear and partial differential equations) used to be a requirement for my program, but was recently removed.

For anyone who has taken CIVE 222 and gone on to do hydrogeology coursework or work, did it actually help? Or is EARTH 456 self-contained enough that you don't need the analytical DE background going in?
