Canyon Endurace CF 5 + future CUES 2x11 = insane value

The new Canyon Endurace CF 5 with CUES honestly seems like insane value.

What makes it really interesting: Shimano is bringing 2x11 CUES parts including an 11-45 setup to market soon.

Since the CUES shifters apparently support both 10 and 11-speed LINKGLIDE, upgrading the stock bike could theoretically only require:

cassette

rear derailleur

chain

while keeping the crank, Front derailleur + shifters. That means you could run:

50/34 + 11-45

with a massive:

~602% gear range.

Basically:road bike top speed but climbing gears similar to GRX 1x12 40t + 10/51.

Seems almost perfect as a do-it-all bike for:Road, bikepacking, alpine climbs, light gravel

Question: How much tire clearance does the new Endurace CF REALLY have in real life?

Does anyone know if 42 mm fit?
