I had an organic encounter with​​ Sen. Risa last night char. I didn't expect nga ato sya kagab-i sang naglagaw ko sa Jaro plaza and damo nagpapicture sa iya. Gwapa sya in person and taas. Nakita ko naman si Sen. Risa twice sa last election campaign and grand pasasalamat last year but last night was the closest and I got the chance mag selfie sa iya. She's with BM Jason Gonzales and other staff nila strolling around Jaro Plaza.
