Hey all,
I’ve been training again for a few months (around 5x/week). I used to train consistently for a year before, so muscle memory is kicking in.
Stats:
Height: 1.90m
Weight: was 103 kg → now 90 kg
Best shape: ~85 kg
Main issue: I still have some loose/stubborn lower belly fat that won’t go away.
Question:Should I focus more on abs training, or is this purely a fat loss (diet/cardio) issue?
I’m already lifting consistently, but wondering what the most effective next step is to get rid of that last bit of belly fat.
Appreciate any advice
