hungry all the time since starting fermented foods??
hey everyone,
I’ve recently started getting really into fermented stuff, mostly kefir in the mornings and then adding kimchi, sauerkraut, or kombucha to my meals throughout the day.
I feel good overall but I’ve noticed something weird, I am constantly hungry now. It’s like my stomach is a bottomless pit. Before I started doing this, I could go hours without thinking about food but now I’m looking for a snack like every two hours.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is it a sign that my metabolism is speeding up or that the "good bacteria" are actually doing something? Or am I just overthinking it?
Would love to know if this is a common thing
