Weed smoking neighbor with a group of men, should i report? I feel unsafe

I need help to understand what I can do if my new neighbor is smoking weed in their back garden. Its a shared fence and its only 4 feet long. i went out to sit in the garden only to realise a group of 5-6 suspicious looking men sitting and smoking weed, i can see them all. if i report them to the police or to the council they will know it was me. i am worried they might try to get revenge on me for reporting them

Sell or keep the flat, never enjoyed being a landlord.

I have recently been made redundant, my partner is also been told they are at risk of redundancy but no decision has been made for them yet. we own our house and also have a small flat that we rent out , never wanted to be landlord but had no choice as we couldn’t sell the flat due to cladding issues. The building is going through cladding remediation work which is being funded by the government. The flat has not moved up in value since we moved out of it 8 years ago. The rental income is ok. The problem is I hate being a landlord, i always get anxiety when tenant report issues and feel like it has to be fixed immediately, I cant go on holidays and relax because for some reason they report a problem exactly when i have gone away and i keep thinking about it. I cant now sell this flat and wont have to live with the anxiety of being responsible for the tenants. Given my situation that both of us are going to loose the job, i dont know if i should just sell that damn flat and invest the money. We can survive for about 2 years without working. Or should we leave the flat as is till we find new jobs. Although am not sure how long it will take to find a job in Uk no. We are both in mid 40s.

Has anybody been able to negotiate a good payout for being made redundant before you finished 2 years? Not something that was voluntarily offered by employer, but something you asked and they agreed. was it challenging?
