I need some marvel vs dc mugen that really plays good

So, I really love experimenting with capsules, creating different "builds" for characters and by watching some SZ mod review i saw ssj Z gogeta having attack type gauge from DBL which on fill gave him certain buff. What this? Is this some capsules mod or is this part of a character mod?
