Story behind your user flair choice
Thanks to our wonderful mods, we have so many great user flairs now and that caused me to wonder if anyone had a particular story, or a personal experience, feeling, etc. that influenced their decision on flair choice.
(Hopefully this hasn’t been asked already. New user but old person here so feel free to let me know if I messed up in any way)
I chose “glasses back on” because of an embarrassing but also humorous interaction at my eye doctor’s office. Heated Rivalry had only been available to watch for about a month at that point. I had already watched it a ridiculous amount of times but I wasn’t seeing much on social media about it yet.
The eye tech was getting reading to give me the dreaded “which one is better” test and he said, “glasses off” and tapped his temple. Of course, my mind immediately went to “glasses on” (tap, tap, tap) and I struggled so hard to stifle my impending giggle fit - I’m sure I looked completely loony. (Ooof sorry)
