Fanime Con Yaoi Buddy

Hi I'm (mid 20s female, but open to anyone 23 or older) looking for a fellow Fujoshi to meet up with at Fanime at the Great Yaoi Debate Friday panel at 10pm.

For Saturday onlys, we can meet at Con Going 101 at 11am. We do not have to hang out the entire time, but would love to use the opportunity of Fanime to meet people with shared interests in person and hopefully become friends & be part of the yaoi community here. Feel free to send me a DM to see if we vibe 😄

The Fanime schedule is out on their website for those who are interested.

Safest VTA Station to Park At

Which are the safest VTA Stations to park at or are they all generally fine assuming no visible items? Any general tips like getting there at certain hours or needing to park closer to the front? Also, is it safe for a solo woman to quickly arrive and get back to her car at 1am or what time at night is the cutoff where that isn't safe anymore? Thanks neighbors

Fanime Speed Dating Workshop

How does the workshop go? I feel like 90 minutes is a bit long to go over rules & etiquette. Is there a chance to meet friends here? I am only interested in the Speed Friending sessions.

EDIT: For the actual events and the workshop, is it okay to leave early or come late? I assume there's a switch in partner every so often, so hoping it allows for a flexible schedule

King and Story Safety

I recently moved not far from this intersection and have passed it quite a few times. I saw a joke that you would tell someone you hate to go there, then saw a post on this subreddit where people were basically confirming that it is not very safe.

Have things changed? Like yes it's not a gated neighborhood or anything but it seems like a normal enough area, just keep your wits about you. I haven't been to all 4 corners of the intersection but the gas station and the Target center seem pretty normal. There's even a school nearby so I assume kids are around.
