Hey, I posted a photo I had retouched here and a couple of other subreddits yesterday. First of all, thank you to everyone who gave their time to respond -- I really appreciate it. I took a lot of the advice on board and have had a go at another image. I was hoping to get some more feedback so I can keep learning :D !

Some of the previous feedback suggested going easy on blurring the skin. I tried to pull it way back, but struggled a bit with this image because I was trying to remove the peach fuzz (facial hair). I also wanted her cheeks to have a more glowy look rather than greasy. Would love to know how it turned out or if anyone has any recommendations for dealing with this.

Also removed the tape using Gen AI. I don't know if there is another way to do this as my attempts ended up looking weird -- so would appreciate suggestions here too.

Hi all, I'm building a portfolio to move into freelance headshot and beauty retouching and would really appreciate some feedback on this recent edit. Personally, I am worried that the skin may be a little too heavily blurred. The model is gorgeous and doesn't need it at all -- but I was going for a more "commercial" look. Would love any sort of feedback or advice!
