Hi everyone,

I am looking for tips/advice on how to get started with an IT job

As background: due to me being a first time immigrant with no financial support i was only able to go to community College and graduate with an associates in Web Development.

My first job was as a Asset Management tech (hourly), j then moved to an Admin job, still in IT, since it paid more and I needed that money to help with the bills

I have been applying to technical job to get back into what I intended as a career but so far no luck

I am a first time mom and now my priorities have changed, I would like to work remote as a web developer but everytime I search online for web development or data analysis (I took online courses from coursera) all the postings are requesting 3+ years in experience which discourages me to apply

Are there any tips?
