Hello everybody!
I got the Mirena about a month ago and I’m experiencing my first cycle on it. During the whole month I had spotting here and there, I’ve had more flare ups than before, I’ve been feeling very very bloated and like uterus is super heavy.

This period is being less heavy than past ones but still a full period and the pain is very strong, I had a flare last week that I passed out in the bathroom (Thank God my mom was home and helped me). The bloating is unbearable, I feel like a rock is inside me, so so heavy and it was never like this before the IUD.

I wanted to ask if it gets better after the 6 months of adapting to it. Did the Mirena help with your cramps? Will my cycle disappear or at least become lighter?
