I'm Her2+ er+ pr-. I originally got 6 cycles of Enhertu when I was rediagnosed mbc. Once I was done with that, I transitioned over to Kisqali, Herceptin and Perjeta as my first line maintenance therapy starting in December. Basically, Kisqali has stopped working already and my tumor markers are rising again. My immune system also couldn't handle it and my neutrophils couldn't handle a therapeutics dose to keep my cancer at bay.
My oncologist wants to go back to Enhertu, but it sucked so bad the first time I was on it. I was always nauseated and I lost all of my hair. I napped all the time becausenI was constantly exhaused.
Has anyone had luck on other drugs? I've been scouring the Internet without much luck. There is just too much information out there. I am also open to clinical trials.
