In TN everything starts with Tamizh thaai vaazhthu.. But today it's Vande maatram in sanskrit, Jana gana mana and Tamizh thaai vaazhthu in the end..

Historically national anthem is sung in the end in TN... RN Ravi and BJP were pushing for this order in assembly , having sanskrit songs first
