Options after failing with SSRIs for OCD

Hello! I'm 28F and I've been on 3 different SSRIs for anxiety and obsessive thoughts:

- Sertraline gave me 2 seizures (I know, super rare lol). One at a high dose (150mg) and the other at 50mg. Each of them were over 2 years apart.

- Escitalopram (10mg) made me feel very sleepy and really affected my libido

- Fluoxetine is what I'm currently taking but it's giving me body jerk/spasms. They're not debilitating by any means, but given my past with Setraline it feels like a seizure could happen at any time. I'm at 10mg, lowered from 20mg because of the spasms.

I'm starting to feel hopeless about medication. Both Sertraline and Fluoxetine really improve my symptoms and make me feel like me, but I can't ignore the neurological side effects I'm having.

I've gone to 2 different doctors, one prescribed Mirtazapine, but it seems that is more for depression and people struggling to sleep (which is not my case), as opposed to obsessive thoughts. The other doctor prescribed me with Brintellix / Trintellix as she said it really helps with obsessive thoughts but doesn't cause sleepiness or sexual dysfunction and no risk of seizures.

I'm scared of ruling out SSRIs as I know they're first line treatments, especially for obsessive thoughts. Any reassurance or guidance would be super helpful so I can consider with my doctors, thank you so much!!
