Hey. Is anyone else working for a small company/marketing team and how do you manage, what do you focus on? We're a small e-commerce company that sells handmade products, and our marketing team consists of me and a part-time content creator. So I do Meta advertising (for 3 countries), Google, copywriting, landing pages, designing photo ads, editing video ads....... lowkey it's getting exhausting. I've only worked for one other company before this so I would be happy to read about others' experience.. and whether you think this is better than working in a big marketing team?
