Hi new fishing friends! I’m 42 from the Midwest. Grew up fishing with my grandpa and dad, now revisiting it with my husband and teenage son. It’s become a new hobby and it’s very therapeutic for my busy brain! We do mostly bank fishing in farm ponds and small lakes. Looking forward to learning more about lures and techniques. I caught this little guy today using my first lure. Caught one and broke one pole but it was a great morning! 💙🎣
