I work in corporate. In our department, around 50 people are working. I have good connections with everyone I speak to all of them. But the problem is whenever we're having team celebration or gatherings

I feel shy new to the place i get nervous. Most of the time i try to avoid crowds, photos isolate myself form everyone is it normal.???
