I interviewed with Google 8 months ago and was able to secure the L3 facility technician electrical. I am supposed to start by the end of this month. The location is 2h from my house, so I will relocate. My offer is $100k base, $56k RSU, $10k sign up and $16k relocation.

I got a loop yesterday with Meta for a critical facility engineer and I did great. I am confident I will get the L4 offer with Meta and this is a local center, no need to relocate.

Do you how much Meta pays their L4 CFE?

Can I use my Meta offer to renegotiate my google’s offer?

Which one would you prefer if you had both offers in hand?
