Living in a home with a repossession order looming - UK

My relationship of 20 years went to pot in November 2024 and me and my dog have since moved into mum's house. She's retired, on a pension, but about £30 a week shy of being eligible for state pension and all the related benefits. Her monthly mortgage is about £100 more than her pension, which doesn't give her much room for anything else, which I guess is how she got here.
I'm aware she has a charging order on her house for £6k, but I've recently seen that she has a new CCJ for £11k. And perhaps some others, but I'm still sorting through it.
The most concerning thing is that , on top of the rest, I've also just discovered that her bank was granted a repossession order at the end of March.
My mum has been ignoring her post, and doesn't even know that I know this. While it doesn't seem like we have bailiff dates etc, I am worried that one day we'll get a knock on our door and we're out on our arses.
Any advice on how I could mitigate this would be gratefully received. Obviously I pay rent, but turns out I don't know where it's going. I'd happily up my contribution, but I also need to know that it's helping me keep a secure roof above my head.
I'm more than happy to contact the mortgage company and setup a DD between me and my mum and I'd be screwed if she doesn't hold up her end.
All advice appreciated!
