Hi everyone,
My spouse filed an I-130 for me in November 2025. I am planning a summer trip to visit them using my ESTA.

I have two specific questions for the community:

ESTA Travel: I am looking to visit for around 80-85 days. In 2024, I spent a total of 10 months in the US on a B2 visa (left after New Year 2024/25 and haven't been back since). Will this previous long stay combined with the pending I-130 cause issues at the border? I will have a flexible return ticket and ties to my home country.

Timeline: For those who filed around late 2025, have you received any updates yet? Just trying to gauge current processing speeds.
