Is my HLR still in the NWQ or is it at my Home Office, both trackers state AOJ
I've been at 30% since about 2008. I've been totally unemployed since 2020. In October 2020 I filed an initial claim for PTSD, I was awarded 50% PTSD in April 2024. Yes it took almost 4 years with no appeals. In January 2025 I filed a two part appeal using a supplementary claim requesting: #1 An appeal of my 50% PTSD, #2 requesting TDIU and submitting the form used to request TDIU with my supplementary claim. In May 2025 my appeal was awarded and I was granted 70% PTSD, and in June 2025 I was granted TDIU. Problem? The VA only backed dated my 70% PTSD and TDIU to my January 2025 filing date.
So my lawyer filed an HLR requesting backpay to October 2020, on April 28th, 2026. Up until 2 weeks ago both trackers had location NWQ. Today I login to VA.gov both trackers state the location as AOJ, but when I call the 800 number they state my HLR is still in the NWQ. I'm thinking if the location was NWQ for almost 4 months then goes to AOJ, the reviewer found a DTA and sent it back to the original reviewer?
