Water leaks
My office building is getting water leaks from the outside edges of it, I have been trying to come up with ideas however the area surrounding is mostly concrete so I can't exactly put in a French drain, can anyone give me some advice on what I could do?

Question regarding attic insulation
My garage is attached to the house and it has zero insulation above, the rest of the house has insulation, but since the attic shares the same space with the un-insulated garage area, I am guessing that it's negatively affecting it?
Am I just paranoid and overthinking it or should I go ahead and lay some insulation over the garage?
