Signed internship offer but received an interview for my dream job

I’m interviewing for my dream job next week. Before I even was contacted about interviewing for the job, I was offered, accepted, completed background and fingerprinting and paid in full (and nonrefundable) for housing for a summer internship in a different city. The internship I accepted is both unpaid and adjacent to my field, while the job is well paid and is perfectly aligned with my field. The internship is starting in two weeks, I may not even find out if u got the position before I start/ move there, and I need something for the summer, so I am not comfortable backing out of the internship now.

Do I
A.) not say anything about my summer position, and just wait to see if I get the job and try to coordinate a later start date (the job listing had no specific start date or urgency mentioned)

B.) be half honest- tell my interviewer that I have received an offer for the summer but not offer more information, just to set the groundwork and be transparent about my potential availability.

C.) bite the bullet and commute back and forth. They are both part time (a few days a week) and in cities about 2-3 hours away from each other. I could take the train back and forth or drive and camp out for the few days I am in the other city until my internship ends in august. Maybe even negotiate a start date a few weeks later so at least if I have to do that commute it’s not for the full 10 week duration .

Please advise me to the best course of action!
