I'm having trouble getting users in my Google group to opt into my test programme.

I've set the group as the source of my testers in play console but when I share the link with them, it just shows an app unavailable screen.

I've been able to successfully opt in and download the app with my secondary Google account so it seems to have worked at some point.

All publishing changes have been submitted etc, the closed test track is active.

I don't know what else I need to do?

Does having an internal test track open have any bearing on this? Clutching at straws, really!

Any advice or insights would be great.
