My account logged me out on 4/23/2026 while completing a survey. I went to login with the only email I use for all my games. My account was now at 0. I looked in the settings for my ID number and it shows I signed up on 12/31/2025. So I am definitely not a new user. I have explained this multiple times via chat and email support. I keep getting that I need to login with the correct credentials. How the hell does my account show a 12/31/2025 opening date if I am not using the right login. I complain and then the AI says it is sending to a specialist. And guess what a day or two later I get the same login with correct credentials. I asked them to look into their server logs for my history and they never do. I want my money I spend four long months earning. Any more suggestions?
