Offer/contract Received, what’s next?
I finally received an offer/contract on my home yesterday (Saturday) evening after nearly a year! This is an As Is sale and we haven’t heard from our Realtor since signing the contract so now I need to hold my breath until Monday morning and hope to hear more then. Is it normal to feel anxious in this situation? This is the first home I have bought and am new at this selling process. Any thoughts or advice for this waiting game would be appreciated as I am nervous.
