Coming up on our Microsoft license renewal and trying to figure out if we should switch providers. We're a mid size company with a mix of M365 and on-prem.

I've been looking at Trust͏edTech and S͏HI Intern͏ational. Both their websites say they're Microsoft partners but TrustedTech seems to have some specific designation on theirs. I don't really know what any of that means for me as the customer though.

I want one with good customer support. I just want to know that if something goes down, someone can actually help ASAP.

Anyone here understand how the partner tiers work from the customer side?
