I am requesting for dishes ideas.

I am Burmese and I would like to introduce Burmese food to my Boyfriend who is Chinese. He likes Chinese cuisine the most, not really a fan of Korean Cuisine taste.

He has tried Fried Shan Tofu before and he liked it.
Also he is trying to lose weight.

Which dishes should I cook for him that will sorta suit his taste and also are Burmese/ Ethnic in Burma.

Hello, I would like to make my own spell oils. I am not following the hoodoo oils recipe. But the ingredients I am going to use include roots ones. Can I still do it? It is my own "recipe". I am not following anyone's recipe. I am just using herbs that align with my goal.
