It actually fits perfectly. Also colorwise.

I switched the caps of my two beloved M2 (both with bent nibs). This actually improved the balance of the brass one when posted significantly for me. Also made it lighter which is convenient when I want to carry light. The balance of the olive one when posted also feels better.
