Hiii. Paano po pag nalimutan yung date of attendance for form 1? Lalo po sa college. Since ang naglagay po ng date of attendance sa form 2f ko is the school registrar na and hindi ko na nacheck since naka-sealed na nung inabot saakin. Magkaka-prob or conflict po ba if hindi same sa form 2f yung date na nailagay sa form 1f? Hindi rin kasi nagrereply yung registrar sa messages ko eh. Inuna ko kasi form 2f then iproceed ko na sana yung 1f now.
