Hi, I’m trying to understand how UBC Law calculates cGPA for admission when you have old transfer credits. I have 27 credits from UofA from 12ish yrs ago which are mostly Bs. I’m not planning to use them toward my degree (some are not even transferable) and will complete 120 creds, 78 from UBC and 42 transferred from Langara. They’re all As and A+s. From what I understand, I need to submit all my transcripts and they will remove my 12 lowest credits. Do they only remove the lowest creds from the courses used toward your degree (in my case, 42 from Langara and 78 from UBC), or lowest from all transcripts? I’m stressed about having a weaker application from classes I took 10+ yrs ago :( has anyone else been in a similar situation??
