Coping with insomnia

My sleep has been getting progressively worse. I don't know what to do.

I have schizoaffective bipolar and BPD so sleep is a challenge even when I'm not manic or psychotic. Normally, it takes me 6+ hours to fall asleep when I do sleep.

I'm 28 F.

I've been on all the non-narcotic sleeping pills/mood stabilizers/antipsychotics/antihistamines I've tried melatonin, magnesium, ashwaganda, and all kinds of natural remedies-nothing!

My doctor won't prescribe me any kinda controlled substances bc I used to be an addict (and I've done enough drugs to know they don't help me sleep either!)

I can't focus enough to meditate and I've tried all kinds of breath work.

I eat healthy, hydrate and go to the gym regularly and I'm in good physical shape, no health problems.

I go to therapy.

I drink once a week and smoke weed everyday but I stopped doing hard drugs almost a year ago. (No, I don't plan on quitting either of them bc I deserve to have fun and relax, abstinence only recovery like they teach in 12 step programs doesn't work for me)

I take Lamictal and perphenazine for my mental health everyday as prescribed.

Breathing techniques help relax me- but they don't help me sleep.

***I am not a danger to myself or others***
