Recommendations of what i should improve/change for a boss CDM, who is also threat marker and target player on corners?

My team is usually offensive players, and defensive AI. My playstyle is hanging back on attacks, and sprinting back helping defenders on a counter. I try to hold the ball as little as possible, taking the easiest passes as fast as possible once I've won it from the other team. On offensive corners i head in goals, and defensive (long)corners i head it to teammates to start attacks.
