Hello! Has anyone successful applied for short stay tourist visa to Italy and secured appointment date via the mobile app? It’s been an abysmal experience trying to login to the mobile app which I was made to understand is the only channel available to secure slots for tourist visa. Via web, I only see options for Long stay visa applications.

whenever I login to the mobile app, I get an error (see attached image), and if I keep trying after some time, I get the error that I have tried too many times.🫠

Please help! Any useful information would be greatly appreciated. 🙏
