hey all i’m trying to find any options for chest binding that won’t fuck me up. i managed with standard underworks binders for most of my teen years until my back and rib pain got a lot worse and now im at the point where even sports bras cause pain. i’ve tried tape but my skin is super fragile and i always end up ripping skin off no matter how gentle i am. i don’t have a large chest (A/B cup last time i measured) but dysphoria has been kicking my ass lately and i’m pretty desperate for anything that’ll help at this point
