Hi, I'm considering a few options for renting a place in Halifax.

1. Velo on Gottingen St

Read somewhere abt potential mice and vertical soundproofing issues. Any experience/info on that or other issues?

2. Cunard Apartments on Dr. Alfred Waddell St

Old building. Any known mice/pest/bed bug issues?

3. White Rose and Zion on Gottingen St.

Saw some old comments about management/owner related issues. Any info on that or other issues?
