I have a serious addiction to Dr. Pepper... no one takes me seriously when I say I do, but it's a genuine issue I can't stop. I'm struggling to find a long term solution that is as accessible as Dr. Pepper

The people I live with also keep buying Dr. Pepper and I keep grabbing them without thinking. I've asked them to stop buying dr. Pepper (or to at least just buy the bottles and not the 24 cans) but they ignore me, laugh, and do it anyway.

I'm trying to lose weight, im going to the gym, im going outside for walks more, but this soda problem is making it almost impossible to lose pounds.
