Hi everyone, we are looking for people to take over our lease for a modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit at Arthaus as both my roommate and I are moving.
Monthly rent is $4,100, which is honestly a good deal (for Boston) for the location and quality of the apartment.
The leasing office also offered 1 month free rent for the incoming tenants. (DM me directly to get a discount, $4100 as opposed to the listed $4300 and the free month)
The property manager is super nice and on top of things, and we have not had any issues with the apartment whatsoever.
