Currently house-hunting in Dublin 4, and trying to understand the current state of off-market sales. A few colleagues mentioned (admittedly 5+ years ago) that some properties used to sell quietly through agents — never listed on Daft or MyHome, just shown to buyers the agent already had in mind.
Does this still happen?
