Anyone can help or has imported/brought a 3d printer from abroad?

Hey guys, so I want to get a 3d printer,

The issue is that the local pricing is 4X the official cost, making it well well above my budget range.

I was going to get a friend to bring it from the US, he will be coming next month. But the issue is that 3d printer import requires a NOC from ministry of interior, which takes weeks/months to get and requires a lott of paper work, verification from someone from IB, and probably would involve some department asking for money to pass/verify the NOC etc. (this is what I have gotten to know from prople on reddit and a youtube video of someone who went this route, it took months)

So if anyone can help in any way or suggest a better option than paying 4x the price, I would really really appreciate it. Any help?? Anyone who has NOC maybe who can help with the process or know someone who can help get the NOC or any other way to legally bring a 3d printer to pak from US via passenger flight
