This might sound weird but I feel like if you are prepping for something most people disregard the mental impact it can have on people even if you have all the weapons or such for the end of the world , we often forget the mental impact on our life social community and communication and so on. Listen Im not an expert in mental health or prepping Im just a nerd who want to learn a bit.(Im gonna be back in 8 days to see what is gonna happen with my post if you are reading this on the 10th of may)
