I recently tried using AI-generated flashcards, but I noticed that I struggled more with recalling the information compared to when I made them myself. My guess is that the process of creating them manually helps with encoding the information better.

Have you experienced the same, or found ways to make AI-generated flashcards more effective? (please do not spam ads in the comments, it's not the intent of this post).
