How to get newborn to sleep on their own
I have an EFF baby (8 weeks) and so far, she can only sleep via contact nap and would wake up any time we put her in her own crib. How do other EFF moms put babies down for a nap when they’re bottle feeding instead of breastfeeding to sleep?
